Energy Abilities in Live Catch a Brainrot
Battles in Catch a Brainrot use an Energy meter instead of classic PP. Skills are rolled onto each Brainrot randomly; inspect the moveset before you invest Rot Boxes or EXP Candy. Higher levels amplify every skill’s numbers.

Best Abilities to Keep
- Grow a Garden — Drain + self-heal flips losing trades.
- Shield — Negates a big enemy spend; pair with Bomb the next turn.
- Heal — Stabilizes long trainer and boss fights.
- Bomb — Premier early-to-mid burst finisher.
Starter tip: Boneca Ambalabu and Triple T Sahur (TungTungTung Sahur) open with Shield + Bomb—prefer them over Fluri Flura / Frulli Frulla unless you love the look. Details on starter guide.
Combat Tips Tied to Abilities
Build Energy with Charge before dumping Bomb or Whirlpool. Shield into expected heavy hits. Never enter a fight with fainted party members—they earn zero EXP. After battles, teleport to a Rot Lab via the map icon to heal and restock Rot Boxes.
Ability hunting is catch-and-check: sell duds for Coins, keep perfect rolls for Ice Zone and guardian content.
